About FindAGym.org

What this site is

FindAGym.org is an independent directory of gyms, fitness studios, CrossFit boxes, yoga studios, martial-arts clubs and community recreation centres in the United States and Canada. Each listing is organised by state or province and then by city, so you can see what is actually near you.

We are not a gym chain, membership broker or booking platform. We do not sell memberships and we are not affiliated with the gyms listed unless a page explicitly says so.

Where the data comes from

Listings are compiled from open and public datasets: OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence), Overture Maps, and AllThePlaces chain feeds. We deduplicate records, normalise addresses and phone numbers, and discard closed locations where the source marks them as closed.

Because the underlying data is community-maintained, some listings will be incomplete, out of date, or missing entirely. Hours, prices and contact details change often — always confirm with the gym before travelling.

Corrections and removals

If you own or manage a gym and want a listing corrected, updated or removed, email hello@findagym.org with the gym name, address and the change you need. We aim to respond within five business days.
